We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Information & Communication Technology team. This position works as a corporate resource, helping departments plan and execute business process improvements, usually involving the creation or procurement of information systems. You will play a key role in analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring successful implementation of new systems to meet the needs of users and stakeholders.

This exciting opportunity is based out of Whitehorse, Yukon, offering a competitive salary range of $94,501 to $109,661. Essential Qualifications

  • Experience conducting business analysis, including gathering requirements, process mapping and documentation.
  • Experience working on system development or improvement, focusing on business process optimization and user needs analysis;
  • Post secondary degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (ex. IIBA certificate) or similar would be considered an asset;
  • Experience with light development/low- code programing would be considered an asset;

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
