BI Analyst - Products Performance and Quality

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst reporting to the Quality Engineering/PQP Department Manager. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team where you can use your creativity and knowledge of data to make a major impact on the reliability of our products.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of our data sources to ensure the quality and proper functioning of our existing tools. Coach and train team members in their proper use.
• Collaborate with PPQ coordinators and affiliated departments to gather and understand their needs and translate this into actionable data insights and recommendations.
• Create and maintain business intelligence reports used by the team to identify and better understand quality issues on our products.
• Work closely with Data Scientists to integrate advanced analytics, AI and ML models into business processes.
• Identify analytical opportunities/solutions to be integrated into the department for broader visibility and increased velocity in long-term sustainability.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in BI, statistics or information technology
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, creativity and ability to synthesize information
• Knowledge of SQL, VBA (JS, C#, Python an asset)
• Experience with analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Ability to work in a team and communicate in French and English to collaborate with our partners outside Quebec
