As a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team of the global Parts, Accessories and Apparel (PAA) group, you will work with management and business units in product portfolio management to plan, analyze and optimize the global profitability of PAA using a product portfolio management approach.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Provide forecasts, management reports and analysis on product profitability.
  • Contribute to month-end processes relating to global consolidation of results, including variance analysis against budget, forecast and the prior year.
  • Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals.
  • Support department management with ad hoc requests for data collection, analysis and visualization.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a natural aptitude for data analysis, an understanding of finance, be a team player and have good communication skills.
  • Three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in data analysis and finance.
  • An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or another related field.
  • Curiosity, the willingness to make a difference and a desire for continuous improvement by seeking references, best practices and networking opportunities with industry peers.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages.
  • The ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships and networks.
  • The ability to influence different groups of people to achieve win-win solutions.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • The ability to work unsupervised and lead independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of database structures and query tools (e.g. Snowflake, SQL/MySQL).
  • Exposure to data preparation and management software (e.g. Power Query, Knime/Data Iku).
  • Exposure to data visualization software (e.g. Power BI).
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proven ability to learn and use different information systems (e.g. SAP, TM1, etc.).
