Dans ce rôle, vous utiliserez la collaboration, les données et les experts en la matière pour améliorer les opérations client, l'expérience client, l'assurance du service, ainsi que pour faire évoluer le support client vers un service prédictif, préventif et prescriptif.
Vous apporterez de la valeur au client en analysant les besoins de l'entreprise, les données des clients et en proposant des améliorations aux processus, aux opérations, à l'organisation ou au réseau des clients. Les consultants soutiennent les activités rentables à court et à long terme en interagissant étroitement avec nos clients et les équipes d'Ericsson afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales qui profitent à la fois à nos clients et à Ericsson.
About this opportunity:
Ericsson is growing! We are now looking for a Customer and Service Delivery Manager for Service Continuity, who will drive and manage customer engagements for preemptive and service continuity services in customer support. In this role, you will leverage collaboration, data, and subject matter experts to drive improvements in customer operations, customer experience, and service assurance, while evolving customer support into a predictive, preventative, and prescriptive service.
You will add value to the customer by analyzing business requirements and customer data, and proposing improvements to their processes, operations, organization, or network. You will support both short- and long-term profitable business by closely collaborating with both our customers and Ericsson teams to identify new business opportunities that benefit both our customers and Ericsson.
