This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most dynamic and influential teams in sales support. The Premier Sales Organization (PSO) team in TELUS HEALTH supports the Health sales teams to realize their optimal potential. In collaboration with PSO Central we deliver sustainable best practices, operational review, sales analysis and insights. We also have an operational side which includes sales incentive, reporting, and systems.

The Business Analyst 2 will leverage their solid foundation in performance analytics to produce insightful and actionable views of our sales organizations. Some reports will be ongoing and some will be temporary and ad hoc. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and interact comfortably with various levels of management. Your role will require exceptional communication capabilities, with a compelling and convincing style, to effectively collaborate with your teammates. Moreover, you will leverage modern reporting methods and technologies to streamline processes and ensure project success. Here's how

  • Support timely projects in PSO and Sales Operations including design, delivery and ongoing innovation of monthly operational reporting, quarterly review and annual cycles of planning
  • Collaborate with Sales and and Sales Support leaders to prioritize, schedule and execute on ad hoc analytical projects with a primary focus on performance management. Some of these projects may become part of the monthly, quarterly and annual cycles
  • Overall provide data handling and reporting support to ensure proactive and thoughtful visibility to sales and operational performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience working with systems like SFDC, Google Looker, CRMA, Tableau
  • Able to work with a variety of projects, peoples, process to get the job done
  • A strategic thinker, able to consider the downstream impacts and identify adjacencies and opportunities for collaboration and cross functional engagement
  • Flexible - Understand that there is more than one way to achieve an objective
  • Attention to detail and with a congenial attitude
  • University Degree in Commerce/Business preferred or Business Diploma with relevant work experience

  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Experience working with and supporting sales teams
  • Experience with sales incentives and programs
  • Experience with the Digital Health industry
  • Training and Development/Coaching experience
  • Bi-lingual in French and English an asset
  • PMP
