About the role

We are looking for a Transactional Analyst to join our MRO & Goods Atlantic team that services mainly six business units across the US and Canada. This position is an opportunity to work for a global procurement team and work closely with operations, processes, and regional stakeholders. This person will help developing the reporting tools and prepare comprehensive analysis, based in our different data sources, to support bringing to execution the global procurement and category strategy.

Reporting to the Transactional Specialist MRO & Goods, you will be:

  • Supporting the transactional specialist with mainly data-driven requests (reports) and updating price agreements (ticket creation). Other: spend data, market research, supplier information, contract requirements, follow up of trackers.
  • Troubleshooting suppliers and internal stakeholders concerns with MRO transactions withing the system.
  • Supporting developing, coordinating & consolidating info to provide actionable reports & establish reporting protocols, systems, and processes for the entire team. Examples:
  • Reconciliation of project pipelines on regular basis or as directed;
  • KPIs used to measure performance on specific improvement projects;
  • Improve process to update price agreements
  • Working with team to address process improvements (internal & external) and integrate the MRO and Procurement strategy implementation to our processes.
  • Supporting on the maintenance of the apps used withing the team (power apps)

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have/be:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years or more experience in report preparation based on ability to analyze complex data, provide meaningful interpretation & compelling argument to change
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • SAP proven experience and/or knowledge (procurement/data master modules) is a big plus
  • Proficient data modelling and data standardization approach, analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Microsoft Power Apps knowledge (Power BI, Power Automation, Model Driven apps, etc.)
  • Highly organized, systematic, very detail-oriented
  • Continuous improvement mindset and initiative to drive change.
  • Strong team player and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to actively promote the organization's brand image by demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to execution in all actions.
  • Verbal/written communication skills (French and English)
  • Multitasking, self-starter and a positive attitude
