  • Complete, present and monitor dashboards showing the business performance of these partners and their alignment with their strategic planning.
  • Collect, review and analyze information to support development initiatives and propose recommendations.
  • Support brokers and agents in setting their strategic, financial and operational goals, focusing on performance, growth and profitability indicators.
  • Support team members in the execution of special projects and in their day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and strong financial modelling skills (Excel and Power BI).
  • Ability to build sound business relationships (internal and external) using strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A passion for excellence in investment (i.e., applying mathematical methods to business issues and designing models to support investing activities, risk management, estimates and credit) and support for investment decisions creating long-term value.
  • Initiative, a desire to learn and understand, and a strong interest in working as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize your work and manage several files at once.
