Manager, Credit and Dealer Financing
We are looking for a manager, credit and dealer financing to work in a collaborative, dynamic, structured and organized environment. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Responsible for North America and APAC relationships and governance with Floorplan Financing Banks.
- Supervise the Credit Department's team of eight people located in different countries/continents (collections and underwriting).
- Improve, coordinate and communicate KPIs to business partners and management.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends and patterns in complex data environment and present insight to the management.
- Ensure compliance with the credit policy within BRP's Global Credit department and with the internal and external controls (FIC & SOX).
- Manage and monitor the network's credit and collection risk.
- Work hand in hand with various departments to ensure BRP meets it's working capital and shipping objectives.
- Provide adequate training to Global Credit department employees.
- Identify, deploy and communicate business best practices (continuous improvement).
- Support the credit director in his role.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Five to ten years' experience in floorplan financing, credit and collection (portfolio) management.
- Computer literate with excellent command of MS Office (SAP and Power BI is a plus).
- Fluent in English and French.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and cope with changes.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on deliverables, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work autonomously with little direction.
- Team-oriented, and customer-driven (service-minded) outlook.
