IT Functional Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the needs regarding different applications of the company which is in a major digital transformation.

MORE PRECISELY

• Collect departmental requirements in order to optimize business processes and maximize efficiency
• Support employees on the use of these applications and develop technical training
• Promote the improvement and maintenance of systems
• Contribute to the development of new versions of applications

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
• Professional experience documenting workflows to identify improvements
• Good relational skills, listening, autonomy, ease in challenging needs
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (English and French)
