IT Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for meeting technological needs across the various departments of the company with more than 150 employees.

MORE PRECISELY

• Be the first internal IT Business Analyst, in an environment mainly on Microsoft 365
• Understand employee needs, document requirements, and suggest technical solutions
• Contribute to client’s portal (CRM), business processes (workflow) and compliance projects
• Work at the heart of an IT team of around 10 people and work in close collaboration with the IT Project Manager and the IT Director

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Professional experience documenting workflows to identify improvements
• Good relational skills, listening, autonomy, ease in challenging needs
• Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
