We are looking for a Global CRM Specialist, who will be a key actor in the digital transformation and lead end-to-end digital projects with a focus on customer experience. Strategy

Working alongside your team members and partners, you will:

  • Participate and lead various projects.
  • Work closely with different teams to execute and align vision with the e-commerce strategies.
  • Analyze campaign results and share recommendations.
  • Play a key role in lead acquisition to maintain a healthy database.
  • Build and optimize the consumer journey through personalized touchpoints and content.
  • Foresee and share best practices to bring innovation and increase programme performance.

Processes

Working alongside your team members and partners, you will execute marketing automation processes that will support our objectives to:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Ensure quality control for CRM campaigns and make sure they are delivered on time.
  • Standardize acquisition processes throughout brands and regions.
  • Maintain, improve and monitor the lead management system.
  • Help align internal and external teams on priorities and roadmaps.
  • A/B Testing global campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and manage opportunities to ensure conversion.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the CRM tools.
  • Ensure deliverability and monitor IP reputation.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or e-commerce.
  • Experience in marketing automation (email, SMS, or other channels).
  • Knowledge of Adobe campaign solution or Salesforce required.
  • Accustomed to HTML and JavaScript.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
  • Knowledge of the following tools is an asset: Power BI, GA, AA, Jira, SalesForce, Asana, Validity.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Great problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
  • The ability to lead medium-scale projects.
