IT Functional Analyst (Omnichannel)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the requirements for the creation and deployment of a new unified e-commerce platform and the omnichannel aspect between the company's different business units.

MORE PRECISELY

• Challenge managers to re-engineer processes and optimize flows
• Analyze user stories, document current and future processes, write technical specifications
• Participate in the migration from Magento to Optimizely CMS and from Microsoft NAV to Dynamics 365
• Contribute to the redesign of business processes and promote automation and configuration of modules
• Work at the heart of the ERP Dynamics transformation team made up of 4 people
• Work as a super user for retail processes

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
• Experience in the retail and e-commerce sector
• Good understanding of the omnichannel aspect
• Professional experience in the context of implementing an ERP system
• Mastery of Microsoft 365 tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, AX, F&O, or Commerce)
• Mastery of a CMS, Optimizely / EpiServer being a strong asset
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
