IT Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for optimizing business processes and will work on various key projects such as the implementation of ERP, CRM or web portal solutions. He will work in an IT team of 6 people.

MORE PRECISELY

• Take care of the needs analysis related to the different projects and optimize business processes
• Interact with the different stakeholders in order to adapt the solutions to the different business needs
• Collaborate with the technical teams and be involved in the functional analysis
• Be able to create the documentation of the different solutions and take care of user training
• Participate in the evolution of systems and processes as well as their continuous improvements
• Provide technical and functional assistance to users

PROFILE

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Professional experience in ERP system analysis such as Sage X3 (Strong asset)
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical and work methodologies skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
