We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with experience in Fintech or e-payment industries. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our e-payment web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure our products provide a seamless and engaging user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, payment workflows, and the Fintech industry. This is a full-time permanent position.

How You Will Contribute:

• Design intuitive and appealing user interfaces for web and mobile e-payment applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that demonstrate product functionality and user interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Maintain consistency in the visual style and user experience across different platforms.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to optimize the payment experience.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, Fintech standards, and e-payment innovations.
• Use data analytics and user feedback to iterate on existing features and enhance new ones.
• Create and maintain a design system for consistency in design elements and interactions.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and payment regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on Fintech or e-payment solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design.
• Experience with user research techniques, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Familiarity with payment workflows, digital wallets, and transaction processes.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for presenting and explaining design concepts.
• Understanding of data security and compliance requirements in e-payments is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation, micro-interactions, and motion design to enhance user engagement.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques for financial transactions and user dashboards.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) to create inclusive designs.
• Experience designing for emerging payment technologies, such as contactless payments or QR codes.

This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
