We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.

Our team is focused on the design, development and deployment of capabilities that enable the end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise ESG framework. Sr Delivery Manager, Climate Data & Strategy is responsible for leading development of applications for large-scale data processing and analysis. You will work with all stakeholders to design best in class technology solutions.

What will you do?

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise-wide data solution for Climate Data & Strategy.

  • Coordinate with PM and PO (product owner) to implement requested changes in production.

  • Work in an Agile environment, manage the development, testing and implementation to meet the delivery of OKRs as per the milestones.

  • Work Closely with Dev, QA and production team to provide directions for successful closure of OKRs.

  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging industry best practices in data management, agile delivery, and change management.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • 10+ years of experience in the Financial Industry, especially supporting top-of-the-house risk analytic functions (such as Market Risk, Credit Risk or Liquidity Risk), in the design and development of the regulatory frameworks Exposure to DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.

  • 2+ years of demonstrated strong team leadership and ability in written and oral communication skills, along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.

  • Ability to work with ambiguous requirements or fast changing priorities.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Positive attitude, open communication, teamwork, and commitment to deliver successful results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.

  • Knowledge of data governance and security practices.

  • Frontend and backend engineering, test driven development, microservices and architecture design principles.
