The CT Systems Retail team is responsible for supporting Corporate Treasury business users in Corporate Treasury as their data and reporting requirements evolve and adapt to current regulatory and market conditions. We provide this support using most of Microsoft SQL Server services including its database, integration, reporting and analysis services. We also support in-house, and vendor developed .Net desktop and web apps.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead, Develop and support highly scalable, high-performance components within an Agile development team.
  • Ensure high code quality through automated unit and functional testing.
  • Automate processes within the development pipeline; identify opportunities for efficiency gains and reducing time-to-market and enabling continuous delivery.
  • Contribute to application design and develop code structures to promote reusability across many applications.
  • Be open-minded and look beyond your stack to solve complex problems.
  • Proactively seek out knowledge about new technologies and how they can be used to solve current and foreseeable challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and distil technical details into human terms.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • Eight or more years of experience as a developer or Technical Systems Analyst
  • Demonstrated understanding of .NET, SQL Server Integration, Analysis and Reporting Services, Powershell and/or Python
  • Expertise on Data Warehouse concepts such as landing, staging, data extraction, data transformation and data loading.
  • Any exposure working on projects developing and implementing applications for business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skillset, including the ability to transform business logic described in business requirements into solutions involving servers and databases.
  • A self-starter attitude (e.g., someone who can take initiative to own their project and drive it to completion).
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly traded corporation
  • Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
