Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for managing and supporting CSA Group's Cybersecurity solutions. This includes technical configuration, development and user support. Results are delivered through production support, continuous improvement and project work. Objective is to ensure our cybersecurity solutions operate to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of CSA information.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Understanding the Business

  • Knowledge and expertise of CSA Group systems.

  • Knowledge and expertise of cybersecurity solutions and best practices.

  • Identifies improved ways for cybersecurity to meet CSA's evolving business needs.

  • Researches and identifies new cybersecurity systems to meet changing business needs and cybersecurity environment as required

  • Protects CSA Group's information assets

Working Well with Others

  • Expected to serve and collaborate across all business functions.

  • Close collaboration with other internal IT sub-groups.

  • Supports users by resolving system related problems in a timely manner, with the ability to recognize systematic issues which require further analysis.

  • Works closely with business to resolve cybersecurity aspects of business issues

Delivering Results

  • Responsible for managing and supporting cybersecurity systems.

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects and continuous improvement enhancements, as needed.

  • Support production systems to ensure they are operating according to SLA agreements with the business.

  • Configures security or integrated systems to meet business needs and priority, ensuring appropriate testing, documentation, approval and communication.

  • Ensures appropriate tracking, testing, approval and implementation of security system changes.

Concern for Safety

  • Understands why HSE is important to self and the organization and advocates for the safety of others.

  • Uses HSE documentation and reporting system,

  • Immediately reports hazards, near misses, incidents, observed unsafe acts and conditions and encourages team to do the same.

  • Immediately corrects environmental issues when they are seen

  • Participates in corrective action process and resolves audit related actions.

  • Demonstrates safe behavior and adherence to procedures

  • Completes all assigned training courses, identifies any gaps or areas that require further attention.

  • Participates and engages in the HSE program in a positive and proactive manner, including workplace inspections and internal/external audits

  • Offers suggestions and participates in problem-solving sessions that lead to overall HSE improvements

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or degree with 5 plus years of information systems experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (including hybrid) services, design, topology, and products including but not limited to: Exchange SharePoint online, Skype for Business, and OneDrive

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Deployments, Environment & Services (IAAS, PAAS, Virtual Machines, Active Directory, Automation, Monitor, OMS) highly preferred

  • Experience in the design and automation of Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service capabilities including virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, web sites, and data services.

  • MSO 365, including MS Entra ID, MS Sentinel, MS Purview, MS Defender

  • Darktrace

  • Netskope

  • Rapid 7

  • Snyk

  • Cloudflare

  • Experience with large projects, such as ERP or CRM implementations.

  • Experience with production support of application systems. ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of application systems in a business environment, preferably with Workday and Salesforce

  • Fundamental understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy

  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (eg. Waterfall, Agile).

  • Project Management skills preferred.

  • QA testing skills preferred.

  • Knowledge of COBIT preferred.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
