A great opportunity in the Information Technology Services Department !
You will plan and conduct feasibility studies, develop systems business requirement definitions, develop systems designs, direct system build and implementation, and develop methods and procedures for systems of major complexity. The position formulates logical statements of administrative, scientific and/or technical problems and devises solutions.
You will develop and implement new computer systems and enhances old systems by assessing business problems and requirements, and lead the process in providing and implementing computer systems solutions; lead the technical analysis, provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for business engagement through entire project development lifecycle; plan, supervise and direct work to ensure both the technical and support teams acquires sustainable knowledge, skills and technical competencies and that the goals and objectives of the section are achieved; and manage and maintain a close vendor relationship to ensure solutions are promptly delivered to our end users, collaboratively plans and strategize for continuous improvements of our existing processes/systems and aligning them to our business initiatives.
