Looking for a new and exciting job opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our team!
Reporting to the Manager, Procedures & Controls, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, administering, and supervising the activities associated with operations performance metrics and information management control systems within the S/E/C Department. You will design, develop and modify programs to facilitate accessibility of information, and ensure maximum utilization of data. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing statistical analyses, summaries, KPI's, charts, graphs, etc. as well as guidance to other employees regarding computerized systems and applications within the Department.
As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will ensure information management control systems are developed and administered. You will design and implement key business metrics and subsequent reporting in a timely and effective manner to support and track operational decisions and impact. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of project control systems, cost evaluation methodologies and performance evaluation criteria in accordance with established corporate policies and guidelines. In addition, you will track, monitor and communicate performance against project plans, requirement measures, milestones and KPIs. You will perform a variety of studies and research assignments, requiring the analysis and interpretation of data. For assigned projects, you will provide project control support.
In this role, you will also be responsible for providing analysis, software design, coding and programming. You will prepare detailed flowcharts, code complex programs instructions and provide them in various languages. Additionally, you will develop, design, test, debug and implement new programs and/or modify existing programs, including preparing program specifications and micro/mainframe computer applications to meet current and future requirements.
You will be responsible for the compilation of statistical data to identify trends, patterns, etc. You will also prepare and provide statistical analyses, summaries, KPIs, charts, graphs, and associated reports. In addition, you will be required to make presentations regarding statistics, associated systems and procedures and provide guidance to other employees within the Department.
