WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the delivery framework for our projects, and be involved as a Product and/or Delivery Lead during each stage of the project.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Engage with key business stakeholders and functional partners to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure alignment on product goals and launch date throughout the project.

  • Define both technical and non-technical requirements, ask the right questions, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Act as the Product Owner, Delivery Lead, BA, or UAT Lead depending on the need and stage of the project. Overseeing all projects from end-to-end.

  • Become the subject matter expert for the digital product(s) and drive the execution of the roadmap into features and product delivery by working closely with the business, tech, design, and data & analytics, and other functional teams.

  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, performance and features.

  • Responsible for documenting and overseeing the requirements for each product feature, articulate and prioritize the backlog of requirements to support delivery, answer questions and make scope trade off decisions.

  • Ensure optimal delivery by removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance and develop contingency plans to demonstrate adaptability.

  • Effectively communicate and socialize the product opportunities and features, taking into consideration different stakeholders at all levels.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

  • 7+ years of experience in owning and delivering a Digital Product(s)

  • Skilled in developing and articulating product strategy and requirements in a clear and concise manner, enabling the engineering team to deliver maximum productivity and value.

  • Ability to balance creativeness, ambiguity, critical thinking and timely delivery of the product.

  • Experience in using tools such as Jira, Confluence

  • Demonstrated ability in project execution, prioritization and timeline management

  • Professional oral and written communication and presentation skills, and ability to engage senior leaders

  • Previous people leadership experience

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Generative AI knowledge / experience

  • Experience working in Wealth Management/Financial Services
