What will you do?

  • Conceptualize, design and implement state-of-the-art ML models for client acquisition, behaviour-based segmentation, portfolio management, product analysis and engagement strategies. This includes experiment design, profitability modelling, clustering modeling, balance forecasting, data mining, and machine learning.

  • Develop, implement and deploy machine learning models that leverage unique combination of user behaviours, product ownership, client characteristics and millions or transactional data to improve consumer value from our product.

  • Work collaboratively with the Banking and Payments leadership team, and other analytics teams across the organization to enhance business decision-making using advanced models. Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver real-world impact.

  • Create materials to communicate efficiently the purposes, results, use case and limitations of model. Work effectively with key stakeholders throughout the ideation, experiment design, data mining, model selection, model development, results communication, model refresh lifecycle.

  • Design, analyze and troubleshoot controlled experiments to validate your solution and measure their effectiveness.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Behavioral Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative field of study.

  • 4+ years of experience building advanced models in a business context, including but not limited to cluster analysis, regression, recommendation system, pattern recognition, data mining, or other ML techniques and frameworks, eg. Data discretization, normalization, sampling, linear regression, decision trees, KNN, K-means.

  • Proficient in modeling using SQL, Python or R. Intermediate data engineering skill set with tools, libraries, or frameworks such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive and Big Data technologies, scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, Pytorth etc.

Nice to have:

  • MBA or other business education

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
