The Sr. Business System Analyst will work hand in hand with the WorkForce Time & Attendance Product Owner and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to define scope, business needs, and translate those into business functional and non-functional requirements using proven techniques. The Sr. Business System Analyst will drive and document all requirements regarding current and future state, system enhancements, process change improvements, regulatory and compliance requirements and unique business and client experience needs. During the requirements management cycle, the incumbent identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies, manages and maintains requirements and scope from initiation right through to final implementation. The Sr. Business System analyst will assist during user acceptance testing by writing test scripts and executing cases. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of Global HR by ensuring specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. They will also ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
