At Rogers Bank, we're transforming our credit card acquisition platforms to create seamless digital experiences centered around our customers. As a Product Manager - Credit Card Applications, you'll play a pivotal role in driving all stages of the process, from conceptualization to delivery, feature implementation, and optimization.
You'll take ownership of your product's key performance indicators (KPIs), manage your product backlog, and lead a multidisciplinary product team consisting of full-stack developers, back-end engineers, QA testers, designers, data analysts, and solution managers. You will also partner with Bank cross-functional teams including Credit Card products, Credit Risk, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Fraud, Technology, Operations & Data Analytics, and other Line of Business stakeholders from Wireless, Residential & Digital teams for prioritizing your roadmap based on business and customer needs.
