We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager with over 6 years of hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate is highly technical, data-driven, and has a strong track record of achieving business goals through paid media strategies.

This position will be 4 days a week in our Toronto office (181 Bay Street), Mondays to Thursdays and Fridays are work from home. Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Manager, this role requires a deep understanding of analytics, audience segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.

In this role, you will

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads to drive business growth.
  • Develop, manage, and track performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct deep analysis of campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and manage media buying budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including practice marketing, creative, and data analytics teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Automate repetitive processes using scripts, rules, and third-party tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage tracking implementations, troubleshoot conversion tracking issues, and ensure attribution accuracy across platforms.
  • Optimize bidding strategies to drive efficiency.


What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record of managing high volume campaigns. Bonus point if you have worked on small budget accounts.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads (Google Search, Display, Advantage+, Performance Max, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with campaign automation, scripts, and API integrations is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience with budget forecasting, media planning, and pacing analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism in French and English would be considered a strong asset.
