Who we are
The Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) works at the centre of the province's power system, ensuring Ontarians have access to reliable and cost-effective electricity when and where they need it. We operate the province's electricity grid 24/7, design, run and oversee the wholesale electricity markets, and plan and prepare to meet Ontario's electricity needs - now and into the future.
The opportunity
As member of the Central Services team in the Demand Side Management (DSM) division, the Analyst, Central Services reports into the Supervisor, Central Services. Central Services is responsible for the contractual and financial obligations of DSM central services and program delivery contracts; managing conservation framework settlements and enhancing the information systems used to support the delivery of framework programs and services. This role will assist more senior members of the Central Services team with daily operations.
The Analyst, Central Services is accountable for a set of Central Services' contract, procurement, settlements and business information activities in support of the Demand Side Management division. The role includes performing data analyses, processing payments, reporting contract and financial data, maintaining official records and preparing memos, decks and internal forms. The Analyst, Central Services supports the Central Services team by assisting in the implementation of new processes developed by Central Services. In addition, the role involves the administration of contract obligations, including milestone management, budget tracking and forecasting, payment processing and compliance, as well as customer service.

The IESO offers a hybrid work model program to most of our employees, based on business needs. Individuals participating in the program can work an average of three days per week remotely within Ontario. It also offers three flex weeks when individuals can work remotely within Ontario . When working in the office, you will be located at our Toronto location.
