YOUR IMPACT
As part of the Digital Organization Business Operations Team, you will be at the forefront of leading cross-team strategic initiatives, governance, and process transformation projects to drive revenue growth and organizational efficiency. You will support the design, implementation, and governance of business process to drive operational excellence. In this role you will be collaborating with stakeholders and leadership from across Cloud Services, Network & Infrastructure Ops, IT and Global Security teams, to define business critical policies and procedures. This position will also support many ongoing and new initiatives on an ad hoc basis.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Responsible for developing and designing tools and systems to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence across the Digital organization
• Building and implementing an automation roadmap
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives
• Building and managing detailed project plans to implement improvements and/or corrective actions.
• Analyzing new business requirements to identify and recommend the most effective approach and resolution to issues.
• Identifying and correcting data feed/links and data quality issues.
• Build positive relationships with internal customers; develop rapport with stakeholder areas across the organization.
• Developing clear presentations summarizing analysis and recommendations for decision-makers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
• You will have 8+ years of experience in a business operations role, analytical role or a process automation role.
• Strong technical background with programming language experience like Python or Java and an understanding of how to work with databases and APIs.
• Experience automating business processes with results demonstrable in both time and cost.
• Experience analyzing systems and workflow solutions which are aligned to corporate strategy and goals.
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas and challenges into simpler concepts and the skills to listen and understand the challenges of non-technical colleagues.
• Proven experience problem-solving and troubleshooting issues in a timely way.
• Accountable for managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, can effectively manage conflicting demands while delivering consistent results for the business.
