YOUR IMPACT:

The Lead Analyst, People Analytics plays a key role in elevating OpenText's People Analytics function. Reporting to the Director of People Analytics, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), the SuccessFactors data model, and data visualization to transform business needs into impactful, user-friendly dashboards and reports. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to design analytics solutions that empower data-driven decisions across the organization.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable requirements for SAC and People Stories.
  • Dashboard Development: Build interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports in SAC to support real-time insights and decision-making.
  • Design Principles: Establish guiding principles for SAC design to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience.
  • Data Governance: Leverage your deep understanding of the SuccessFactors data model and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Legacy Report Transition: Assess existing reports and lead the transition strategy to SAC and advanced analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and technical support on SAC and People Stories to the People Analytics team, enhancing team capabilities.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT to ensure smooth integration and data flow between HR systems and analytics platforms.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience developing dashboards and visualizations in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is essential.
  • HR Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, including configuring People Stories templates and understanding its data model.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Strong grasp of data analytics principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Certifications: SAP certifications in SAC or SuccessFactors are an asset
