YOUR IMPACT
This position is responsible to perform the tasks of designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of complex, large-scale technology solutions to align with tactical and strategic business objectives. This includes assessing their compatibility with the enterprise technological environment and addressing technical challenges that may involve evaluating intangibles or unprecedented technical factors. Take the lead in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions. This will involve staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies. You will be responsible for influencing and guiding the technology team to achieve project deliverables while driving new initiatives forward.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Serve as an SME on the development and support of the ServiceNow Platform for ITSM, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and ITOM applications.
• Define, design, and Build sustainable and scalable solutions performable solutions as a technical expert across the platform in collaboration with customers, architects, and developers.
• Provide uplifts to existing applications and capabilities in line with best practices and sustainability while adhering to IT Change Management and other ITIL best practices.
• Effective prioritization, coordination, delivery, and sharing of relevant status updates while managing technical governance, operating models, documents, and artifacts for the delivery team.
• ServiceNow Scripting experience (Javascript) to develop scripts, macros, business rules, UI policies, etc. - Configuration of functionalities according to the best process & practices

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow Common data model, CMDB, customizations v/s configurations, release management, performance management, and platform health management.
• Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow products, such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, and Custom Apps
• Experience with some or all ITOM application areas, including but not limited to (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, and Cloud Management - AWS/GCP/Azure).ServiceNow architecture experience
• Ability to effectively partner with business users to refine requirements and discuss functional/technical designs
• The ability to handle multiple streams of work effectively in a fast-paced environment with an aptitude to learn new technologies quickly
• Previous experience working with the state Or Federal Government will be a plus.
• Canadian Citizens with a Security clearance will be highly regarded.
