The Corporate Learning and Development Branch supports the City on the analysis, development and implementation of Learning and Development programs, services, initiatives and corresponding governance policies relating to Organizational Development, Corporate Learning and Corporate Talent Development that aligns with the City's strategic plans and is implemented across the corporation, while partnering with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to business needs.
As a subject matter expert developing HR programs, your primary responsibilities include:
Completion of 4 year university degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field, with specialization in Organizational Development or Change Management
Minimum of 5 years of related experience working with Human Resources and managing corporate-wide projects with practical experience in designing, implementing and evaluating talent management programs, such as workforce planning, succession and performance management.
