What can I expect to do in this role? 

In this role, you will: 
• Lead sessions with other areas in the branch to identify improvements, conduct business process reviews and re-engineering sessions as needed to ensure changes are efficient and measurable 
• Perform research and analyses on current work processes to reduce waste across the processes, while promoting changes that improve the client and staff experience 
• Lead change by planning, coordinating and facilitating sessions with work teams across the branch and beyond; 
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

How do I qualify? 

Analytical, Problem-Solving and Research Skills 

You have: 
• Analytical, problem-solving and research skills to develop, review and analyze business processes, assess the impact of changes in processes and alternate solutions, define, recommend and evaluate business requirements 
• Analytical skills to research and identify root cause of problems 

Technical Knowledge 

You have knowledge of: 
• Processes and systems (e.g. OntTax, imageON) with the ability to troubleshoot, summarize and facilitate change to processes across different areas (e.g. Service Ontario) 
• Systems development life cycle and user test environments to conduct user acceptance and regression testing, as well as usability prototype testing with end-users 
• and are proficient with desktop software to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and spreadsheets 

Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills 

You have: 
• Communication and interpersonal skills to provide subject-matter expertise to the project team and other stakeholders, as well as facilitation skills to lead engaging, fact finding meetings 
• Effective communication skills to prepare and present project documentation, project-related communications and training material 
• stakeholder management skills to lead and collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and business partners 

Project Management Experience 

  • You have knowledge of project management methodologies and experience developing project requirements, and leading/participating on project teams
