What You'll Do
Reporting to the Manager of Triangle Retention, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to enhance member retention and re-engagement for Triangle, our membership program. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage data insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty. The role accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with senior management and business leaders to develop strategic plans and roadmaps.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, industry best practices, and competitive intelligence to drive growth and profitability.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, acting as a trusted advisor on business-related matters.
Facilitate communication channels to ensure effective collaboration between business units and technology teams.
Driving action-oriented initiatives using data analysis, insights and recommendations from a variety of stakeholders as a foundation to improving core Triangle KPIs.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics (including financial impact, cost-benefit, etc) to measure the success of implemented solutions or process changes.
Monitor performance data regularly and provide recommendations for further enhancements or corrective actions.
What You Bring
The ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional groups
An excellent ability to analyze data and use derived insights to inform their recommendations/decisions
Experience with problem-solving and overcoming hurdles to push projects forward
The confidence and initiative to consistently push process improvements
Strong communication skills and experience presenting to audiences at various levels of the organization
A flexible working style with strong skills in prioritization and organization
A willingness to take initiative and work in an ambiguous environment
Strong business acumen with 2+ years of experience in a marketing or related role
Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
Previous Loyalty experience an asset
