Business Analyst

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Work with users to analyze and understand their business needs and processes
• Author business and technical documents based on those needs
• Assist with implementation and documentation of software solutions to meet the needs of business users
• Work with all departments of Haley Division, providing Business Process Improvement through the use of VSM, software enhancements, etc., while respecting MOS Guidance.
• Write desktop instructions/technical documents in support of such BPI and train users.
• ERP system support; assist with future transition from legacy system to new SAP S/4HANA
• Support existing Business Processes, ad-hoc reporting as required by Haley Management
• Assist Haley Management with aligning the Sales, Inventory and Operations Plan (SIOP).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information System (MIS), Statistics or equivalent work experience
• Must have 3+ years of related experience performing business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
• Solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage
• Possess strong data analysis skills
• Proficient with MS Office Products
• Must have Advanced Excel skills
• MS Access experience (intermediate)
• SQL a plus
• Previous ERP system experience a plus
