What you’ll do

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

  • This position is accountable for forecasting the merch flow plan by building and ensuring network production targets are delivered and are achieved on a weekly basis through collaboration and communication with Distribution, Merchandise Flow and Network Routing teams
  • Accountable for developing and communicating weekly departmental production targets by facility
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on completion of the production targets and facilitate network balancing communication and collaboration with facility Production Managers
  • Develops, analyzes and communicates merchandise availability by facility through weekly reporting
  • Monitors facility KPI’s and ensure compliance
  • Monitors gaps in capacity versus departmental flow plans
  • Supports network flow reporting, monitoring, and analysis of Supply Chain KPI’s

What you’ll need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in supply chain, distribution/warehousing
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or discipline e.g. computer science, business, data analysis, logistics, supply chain an asset
  • Excellent analytical skills, adapt quickly to the changing work environment
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Advanced working experience with MS applications including Excel, Powerpoint, Word; experience Visio, IBM Cognos TM1, Power BI and Manhattan considered an asset
  • Demonstrated collaborative relationship building skills; fosters high levels of trust and teamwork
  • Strong project management skills

Salary Range: $73,190 - $102,410/year

This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
