The Opportunity
This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Diabetes Care Division. In ADC, we're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
What You'll Do
• Act as SME on the Sales CRM system, support training of Sales team members and implementation of new processes in the CRM system;
• Work on projects related to improving systems and processes that contribute to the improved performance and efficiency of the field team to shorten the sales cycle and increase sales.;
• Support the Sales team requests to update CRM database (Veeva/SFDC), maintain data integrity by acting a gatekeeper and validating changes with third party databases;
• Process all data load requests on time into SFDC from any data source;
• Assist with the development and running of unit tests, end-to-end flow tests, and cross-browser testing for new implementations or features;
• Provide regular analysis of CRM platform usage;
• Producing monthly KPIs dashboard and provide insights on the drivers of KPI gaps;
• Support analysis of KPI gaps for monthly commercial and demand review meetings (CDR/CMR);
• Establish correlations between sales performance and activity to support the identification of best practices or gaps, and support sales team with reports needed for Action Plans;
• Drive the enhancement of KPIs Dashboard reports for Sales Leadership and DMs. Provide insights that will help the organization to make timely and effective commercial decisions;
• Collaborate with other teams (Sales/Marketing) and outside vendors (IQVIA) to export, import, and analyze data to/from the CRM system to enable the organization to make timely and effective commercial decisions;
• Support sales and marketing team to maintain compliant sample management and audit process;
• Support sample audit cycles and provide all required information requested by auditors from CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree;
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Prior experience with other Data analytical tools (Power BI, IMS, QlikView, Microsoft Dynamics, Google Data Studio);
• Strong understanding of CRM platform, with the ability to build custom reports, formula fields, dashboards, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity;
• Previous success at creating and executing a technology-driven analytical tool transformation;
• Able to work within a team to address data insights, SWOT, business opportunities, and process productivity enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Power BI experience;
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company;
• Experience working in a regulated industry.
