Pursue your accounting and finance designation and make an impact on Bell's transformation - all while gaining invaluable experience as a part of the Graduate program. You'll receive the educational and study support for grads pursuing designations, including development workshops and access to supplemental online learning resources, and a management development program.
New grads can join this program through three stream options and gain experiences in various finance departments:
• You have a Bachelor's degree in business, with working knowledge of accounting principles or a multidisciplinary degree in STEM
• You may also have a minor in Computer Science or Data Intelligence (is an asset)
• You must be eligible for full-time employment by September 2025
• You must complete your undergraduate studies before the program start date, and applicable pre-requisite course requirements for the Pre-Approved CPA stream
• For CPA, the following requirements need to be met by the start date.
1) Completed the 14 prerequisite courses
2) Met the minimum core and non-core grades
3) Met the overall minimum average of all core courses
• You must demonstrate a good balance of high academic achievement and extra-curricular involvement
• A minimum grade of B+ in core courses
• You have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• You possess the ability to learn new systems quickly (i.e. SAP, BI, BPC tool)
• Your knowledge of other software programs for data analytics is an asset
