As a Senior Sales Operation Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal contributor to the enhancement of our sales operations and strategy for Building Automation (BA) channel LOBs in Canada. Your role will involve leading initiatives to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in implementing best practices and ensuring our sales team operates at its peak performance.
You will report directly to BA Canada General Manager and you'll work out of one of our Honeywell Building Solution offices locations in Markham, Mississauga, Kanata, Lachine or Sainte-Foy on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall sales strategy and operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness to achieve business objectives.
