This role will report to the Senior Manager of Planning and will play a key role in driving revenue and share growth.

You will be responsible for the annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting of all subscribers KPIs across all platforms. You will also support weekly results analytics and monthly business reviews providing insights on performance drivers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the development of the annual and quarterly subscriber plan as well as monthly operational targets and drive cross-functional alignment on the plan
• Monitor the performance of all KPIs including Sales, Gross Adds, Churn, Conversions, penetration rates etc., and inform the Marketing organization on risks and opportunities
• Evolve the forecasting models, develop regional plans and help the field operational teams to execute better
• Guide the marketing teams on spend optimization by providing timely and accurate reporting on penetration rates by technology by market
• Familiarity with gathering. Analyzing and forecasting key performance indicators
• Highly proficient with Excel (model creation, forecasting, database/database integration. scripting, pivots/filter/advanced lookups)
• Ability to multi-task and understand competing priorities following through to the completion of assigned projects
• Confidence to present to the Senior leadership team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and convincingly communicate, both written and oral, with both technical and non-technical internal customer
• Experience with Power BI, SQL and Alteryx an asset
• Confidence to present to the Senior leadership team

• Work closely with Product, Pricing and Marketing teams to ensure the subscriber plan reflects all key considerations across pricing, product and marketing levers
• Partner with the BI team to build and automate reports and dashboards related to subscriber metrics

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3+ years’ experience in a planning & forecasting role preferably in the Telco industry
• 3+ years of experience with Excel modeling
• Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism
• Keen eye to detail and accuracy
• Skillful at promoting ideas and interacting positively and with confidence
• Strong experience with PC based software analysis including MS Office and related products
