Job Summary:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for incident triage, managing system access, and assisting the Business Applications team with larger initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the implementation of business solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Triage and prioritize incoming incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
· Manage and grant system access permissions for users in accordance with company policies.
· Collaborate with IT and security teams to address and resolve access-related issues.
· Document and track incidents and access requests, maintaining accurate records.
· Assist the Business Applications team in the planning and execution of larger initiatives.
· Support the development and maintenance of business process documentation.
· Provide support and training to users on access management and incident resolution processes.
· Analyze incident trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
· Prepare reports and presentations on incident management, access control, and project activities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Basic understanding of incident management and access control principles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
