Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Data Analyst to join our Performance Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making and supporting the design, development, analysis, and reporting of key metrics related to Business Government Performance and Government Contracts. You will provide advanced analytics and meaningful insights to complement team expertise, enabling informed strategic business decisions.
Key responsibilities include the creation and development of analytical products, such as creating self-service Power BI dashboards, dynamic reporting on government market trends, and KPI tracking related to Government Contracts, ensuring compliance with government reporting standards. The individual with collaborate cross-functionally with business partners including and not limited to IT, Finance, and Decision Sciences. The Senior Business Data Analyst will leverage internal and external data using Advanced Excel and POWER BI to build complex models and focus on transforming data into valuable insights, particularly in the context of Government Market Share Performance and Government Contract KPI Reporting, to promote effective performance management. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency in reporting build, with experience in transforming data for data visualization along with the ability to align analytics with business strategies, complying with regulatory reporting requirements.
