DHL Express is looking for a Sr. Employee & Labor Relations Specialist to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in a fast-growing environment and wants to start building a career in human resources.
This role will be responsible for providing guidance to Leadership and HRBP as it pertains to labour relations, interpretation of the collective agreement, policies, and legislation as well as overseeing compliance and supporting in special projects.
