SUMMARY
The Senior Business Analyst (BA) is in charge of overall integration projects for customers, from the initial analysis, through all CINTO projects steps to the hypercare. The incumbent in this role is expected to manage the scope, and quality of project making sure the solution is delivered by the required date.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively executing complex integrations or major projects in EDI according to its schedule and budget.
• Analyze DSV customers' requirements and prepare technical specifications.
• Analyze and estimate the work effort to implement new solutions.
• Creation or modification of complex interfaces based on existing standard solutions, ensuring high quality using test scenarios.
• Creating detailed specifications and documentation based on existing operational procedures.
• Maintain timely, efficient and proactive stakeholder communication regarding the daily tasks and projects.
• Support business and the organization to identify any possible cooperation with the EDI department.
• Help and support other team members to achieve their potential within the department.
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company's intellectual property protection.
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values of the organization.
• Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
• Computer Science or related technical qualification, preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in EDI integration
• Vast knowledge of EDI Standards (EDIFACT or ANSI X12).
• Vast knowledge of XML.
• Vast Experience implementing IT projects with Agile methods.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2 or HTTP.

Language and Computer Skills
• English is the principal language for this position, additional languages may be required in other locations.
• Extensive expertise in EDI standards, particularly UN/EDIFACT and ANSI-X12, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex EDI landscapes.
• In-depth knowledge of communication protocols critical to EDI processes, including API, FTP, SFTP, and AS2, with proven hands-on implementation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in XML, XPATH, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot complex data flows.
• Comprehensive understanding of EDI transactions within Transport.
Physical Demands
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer
• Occasional travel may be required
• Regular working hours apply for this position, at times, working beyond these hours may be required by business needs.
