What will your typical day look like?

The Enterprise Process & Assurance Disaster Recovery and Technology Resilience Manager is responsible for partnering with leadership in the creation and management of the ITC/DR overall procedure and framework. This position will ensure a comprehensive strategy across all of Deloitte Technology related to DR and resiliency. In this role you will works closely with all technology leaders, specialists and analysts to deliver comprehensive resiliency plans and collaborate with architects/engineers from other disciplines to ensure plans are socialized and regularly tested across the enterprise. You will work cross-functionally to design, develop, and integrate IT resiliency processes, programs, and procedures utilizing best practices and industry standard frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, CMMI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with competency area leads to identify action owners and assure testing and adherence to plans
  • Develop and refine resiliency processes and standards to manage, control, protect and assure the hardware & software operations across the organization, throughout all stages of their lifecycle
  • BCP, ITC and DR design, coordination and leadership across service areas and business units
  • Collaborate to develop the roadmap, strategy, process objectives and metrics around ITC/DR/Resiliency
  • Monitor and review the execution of technology resiliency plans, assure the execution of periodic plans
  • Ensure alignment with the overall information technology strategy and coordination with all other IT processes
  • Manage, monitor, review and update all process documentation and implementation instructions
  • Deliver the overall DR procedure & runbook, technology resiliency plans, metrics and reports
  • Collaborate with the ITRM team, GSO and others as appropriate to integrate into audit processes; Assure all resiliency testing in place and up to date prior to any audit; Monitor and review the execution of periodic audits
  • Partner to manage the costs, risks and performance attributes associated with services
  • Responsible for performance management of any direct reports including, creating and maintaining a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition and mutual respect

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or Management
  • At least 7 years experience in a complex business and information systems environment, with a minimum of 5 years experience in IT Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and Technology Resiliency
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in IT support processes and functions
  • Adaptable, and well organized to respond to changing priorities,
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be proactive and work alone as well as part of a larger team (team player)
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Analytical and flexible with the ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar and complex concepts
  • The ability to synthesize and visualize complex data

Preferred:

  • Masters degree
  • At least10 years experience in a complex business and information systems environment
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM software
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
