We're recruiting two (2) Business Analysts to join our Innovation Team, working on projects that are delivering on social system change. As the Business Analyst, you will play an integral role working as part of the Strategic Operations and Innovation Division (SOI). The Innovation Team leads priority projects and initiatives to enhance programs and service delivery for staff and clients. We are committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous professional development to ensure that every team member thrives and contributes to our mission. This position reports to the Manager, Innovation, and works closely under the direction of various Project Directors and Project Managers.
The Innovation team supports several portfolios, all with significant process, system and people change. As part of these teams, you will use your process and technical business analysis expertise to support various projects and overall system planning. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external partners, actively participate in your assigned projects, and work to improve business processes and systems within the Innovation Team.

As our next team member, you will have a university degree from a recognized school in business, public administration, technology, or computer science plus at least five (5) years of related experience. This role is based in a comfortable office environment and you may be working at your computer for extended periods of time. You may be required to travel to worksite locations.
Your normal work week is 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day.

Pay Grade: PR 13
Salary Range: $2,556.10 - $3,107.16 Bi-Weekly
