J.D. Irving, Limited is seeking a talented individual for the full-time position of Director, Procure to Pay. This role is crucial in overseeing all aspects of the Procure to Pay Process and monitoring critical key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
- Oversee the Procure to Pay process, report, and enhance critical KPIs, such as Days to Pay, Days in Queue, Received Not Invoiced (RNI), and First Time Match (FTM)
- Oversee the implementation and upgrade of the Invoice Digitization and Processing software
- Lead a team of professionals, ensuring coaching and career development
- Deliver monthly updates to the Executive Leadership team, highlighting exposure and opportunities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to minimize errors and rework in the Procure to Pay processes
- Recommend policy and procedural changes to senior management
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and awareness of best practices related to transaction processing, including benchmarking
Qualifications
- University or Master’s degree in business
- Previous team leadership experience
- Experience working with automated Accounts Payable systems
- Excellent analytical skills
- Previous experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and time management
