Our Continuous Improvement Student will work among the best of the best and support our J.D. Irving, Limited group of companies.

Responsibilities
- Opportunity to work on projects and changes supporting multiple lines of business
- Hands on and practical experience with:
- Acquiring and interpreting data from varying sources, analyzing results and providing ongoing reports and dashboard
- Aiding in supporting building best practices in curriculum design to operationalize
- Lean Six Sigma
- You will complete a Yellow Belt project and fully surround yourself with Change Management initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in positive academic standing returning to school in Fall 2024.

- Exceptional ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities
