As a Business Analyst you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on continuously improving the HR function through technology and process improvements. You will enable change within JDI by expertly defining customer needs, determining the best solutions and delivering value to stakeholders.
This role combines an opportunity to leverage technical proficiency and HR knowledge; you will have the opportunity to support the development, implementation, and improvement of HR systems to increase the overall value and experience for our users. In addition, you will be accountable to manage priorities and projects for the HRIS team as Coordinator.
