ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-oriented, strategic Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. You will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, as well as provide in-depth analyses that generate actionable insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent financial analysis skills, a strong understanding of business operations, and a passion for driving efficiency and cost-saving measures across the organization. A keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior leadership is essential.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with the company's business strategy.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports to senior management, highlighting key variances and financial insights.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, KPIs, and operational performance to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial expertise to guide business strategy, support strategic initiatives and optimize financial results.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and ease of access for key stakeholders
  • Develop insightful, actionable reports on financial performance for senior leadership, including detailed variance analysis and explanations.
  • Assist in the creation of ad-hoc reports and financial analysis for key business decisions, investments, or operational improvements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance forecasting models.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as required


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or finance management
  • Excellent understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial data in an understandable and actionable way.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve
