As a student on the field accommodations team, you will execute the FA Business Plan to support the CVE community to enable exceptional performance through safety, community engagement, integrity, and accountability. This role must lead the Scope Definition, Execution and Lookback activities. You will ensure compliance and alignment to the CVE Governing Documents and the Project Management Framework. As well as be accountable for managing the front-line workforce with Service Provider teams to deliver on plan.

What you'll do
Perform Service Provider CVE Spot checks with HSE team
Review, analyze Power BI data (Labour Cost, Food Cost, Cost by Category, Short Term Forecast/Occupancy, Camp Stays, Staff vs. Guest Staffing Ratio, Occupied/On hold)
Review, track, and identify trends related to real-time feedback
Perform assurance (QA (Quality Assurance)) on food preparation, janitorial, housekeeping, and front desk scope performed by Service Provider in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions
Obtain and analyze client QR feedback KPI data trends and share with Sr Advisor
Estimate, Monitor, Manage FA annual camp budgets
Who you are
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
Available to begin work in May 2025
Able to effectively manage fluctuating workloads and set priorities to meet deadlines.
Work independently and/or function in a team environment, concentrating on team goals and objectives.
Ability to, motivate, coach, and teach others.
Strong communication, organizational, time-management and decision-making skills
Have good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office

Education
Must be enrolled in a Hospitality and Tourism, Project Management, Information Technology, or Data Analytics Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
Working Conditions
May include frequency of travel, sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site, etc.
Safety Sensitive
This may be a safety-sensitive role, and you will also be required to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during required work hours. Furthermore, you will also be required to pass the pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol assessment requirements.
Safety sensitive positions require the operation of a motor vehicle, applicants are asked to provide a recent (i.e., issued within the previous 4 weeks) original driver is abstract, for the preceding 5-year period, if offered the position. A valid Canadian class 5 Driver's License with no restrictions (i.e., non GDL) is a requirement for this role
