The Business Analyst Technology Transformation plays a critical role in driving digital and technology-driven change within an organization. They collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, assess technological solutions, and support the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies to align IT capabilities with business objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
- Work with stakeholders to define business needs, objectives, and technology transformation goals.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for technology transformation initiatives.
Technology Transformation Support:
- Assess current technology landscape and recommend modern solutions to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of cloud, AI, automation, and other emerging technologies.
Project Management & Change Management:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and risk management for technology transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support technological investments.
- Support change management efforts by facilitating training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze business and technology performance metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations through data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
This role requires a strategic mindset, stakeholder excellence and technical expertise to successfully manage and deliver analytics that contribute to organizational success.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience in business analysis, technology transformation, or a related field. (4+ years)
- Hands-on experience in technology transformation projects, system implementations, process automation, or cloud migrations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
