The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analytics Specialist to join our Supply Chain Management team. In this role, you will lead complex supply chain projects and initiatives, conduct in-depth data analysis and modeling, develop and implement innovative solutions, and provide expert guidance and support to senior management and cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with supply chain leaders and other team members to support the Supply Chain transformation process. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with business goals and customer expectations.

What you'll do

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams on supply chain matters, such as demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, logistics, distribution, etc.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects and initiatives, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget compliance

  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of supply chain processes and systems using various metrics and KPIs

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of supply chain data by conducting regular audits and implementing data validation processes

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on supply chain reporting tools and systems, addressing any issues or questions they may have

  • Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to increase supply chain operations' productivity, accuracy, reliability, and scalability

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

  • Create outstanding presentations communicating your findings, recommendations, and solutions to various audiences

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations in supply chain management, technology, industry standards, best practices, regulations, etc.

  • Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and feedback to analytics team members

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supply chain processes, systems, and reporting tools to support knowledge sharing and continuity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum six to ten (6-10) years of relevant experience in supply chain management and business analysis roles in international billion-dollar companies

  • Expert knowledge of supply chain concepts, principles, methodologies, tools, and software applications

  • Proficient in SAP modules related to supply chain management (e.g., MM/PP/FI/CO/WM)

  • Experience with querying tools such as Power BI/Power Query and AWS

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, manipulate, interpret, visualize, and present complex data sets using various techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, optimization models, simulation models, scenario analysis, etc.).

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, generate alternative solutions, evaluate feasibility, and implement optimal solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle competing priorities on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy, strong organization, time management, and planning skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Relevant industry knowledge

  • Deep knowledge of the company's supply chain data history to ensure accurate analysis and reporting

  • Strong project management skills, materials management, strategic sourcing, and savings opportunities

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, levels, and functions

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, trust, and influence with internal stakeholders

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
